Having trouble with tendonitis? I just found out about this book:

It is written by Dr. Randall Kertz, former tour manager for Manowar and a bassist. I'm ordering one next paycheck as I'm now in the shooting pains phase of tendonitis :( .

What a great find! I have been battling tendonitis and potential ligament damage in my left elbow for months now. I have been getting ultrasound treatments and icing it down between sets and after rehearsals and induvidual practice, and it has been very slow to heal. Could be from too much bass playing or something else involving the repeated use of my elbow................get your minds out of the gutter, you perverts!

Looks like good info, so I ordered a copy. Might help the old guy out. Thanks!
