Hey, can anyone recommend an alternative "loop processor" to the Boomerang? I'm looking to cut the cost down substantially, Boomerang's are too much dinero! I understand they are the best I'll settle for 2nd or 3rd best. I need one for practicing and just to create and play some solo stuff......thanks

Well if you want to cut costs and have a PC try Mobius.
    It's like having 8 stereo EDP's.
I got rid of a pair of hardware EDP loopers for the software.
I know there are other options, including claims of using Ableton Live.
  10. here are some more software loopers...
    Sony/Sonic Foundry Acid
    Steim LiSa
    Cycling '74 Max/MSP
    Native-Instruments Reaktor
    Ableton Live
    Cycling '74 Radial
    Audio Damage Ronin
    Expert Sleepers Augustus Loop
    PSP Lexicon PSP-42/84
