No joke I have a bunch of brand new BOSS DS-1 pedals sitting on my dresser.

I have a fantastic mod for the DS-1 but I'd like to give people a chance to just buy the stock first in case someone wants a deal.

3 pedals that I bought retail too (I'm not a dealer)

$35 shipped gets you a MINT still in the plastic UN-opened Boss DS1.

    while supplies last ;):bassist:

If you want the mod please PM me.

    Thanks!

I just want to iterate. I do not plan on making this a business. I mod out of enjoyment. It's like a puzzle.

So much like other forum members. I'm offering my mod at full disclosure. I'll perform the mod to any of the ds1s I currently have. I've about ten piled in my room. Three with the mod already done. Seven without.

I have a vested interest I educating everyone how to do the mod so if you want to roll your own but are afraid, I'll help you out. it's pretty basic and the only pain in the butt is trying to fit the 1n4002 rectifier diode in a hole that is too small for its lead. but if you want to rock on with other diodes then you'll save some trouble.

This losing also makes available my stock of ds-1s that are unmodded for practically the same price I bought them. heck if you want the mod parts I'll throw those in a baggie for about $10 and you can start the mod when the pedal arrives.

    It's up to you.

Feel empowered. Mowing how to mess with a cheap pedal like a ds1 is a worthwhile skill AND having basic soldering skills can really save you some money in the future.

Also the boss sd1 is just as cheap as the ds1 and it's a tubescreamer type. So knowing how to mod on your own, especially a boss compact pedal has clear benefits.

I'm just here to help people get to where need to go

    Cheers

    Michael

The clip in your sig, what's on that? It couldn't possibly be all DS1, right???

If it is, want. If not, what's the octave/filter effect on there?

    OK - only 3 left.

    and I still have 2 pre-modded NIB DS1s for $95 shipped.

Once they are gone, they are gone. I DO NOT plan on buying more DS1s to mod them, and I intend to coach you through the mod before I offer to do it myself. DIY baby.

Of course I'll offer to mod any of the remaining stock - BUT people seem to like the great deal on a NIB DS1 anyway and are buying them unmodded. Give it another week and i think these will be all gone.

    Come and get 'em.
