BOSS GEB-7 Equalizer

    Hi,

    Anyone out there have one of these and could give me their comments about that pedal ?

    Some known facts on BOSS pedals :

    1) Compact
    2) Funky colors
    3) Cute
    4) Inexpensive
    5) Easy to use
    6) Rock solid, housing is 100 % iron
    7) Nice sound, but not studio-quality
    8) Some Boss pedals have a little bit of static when you turn the knobs way up. Not really an issue though, because normally you don't turn the knobs way up.

    i have the geb-7 and have mixed feelings about it. The frequencies are a little oddly spaced and the highest ones arent very useful at all. I simply use it to totally cut my mids when i want a hollow tool sound. This sound is good when used very sparingly and this pedal allows me to jump to that exact tone without worrying about resetting my amp and pissing off the sound guy. ;)
