I have a question about the ME-50B, it appears to have delay and reverb, but both are in the same 'section', so my question is, can i use both at once?

and is it an overall good unit?

    thank you

I believe you can't have delay and reverb at the same time

Yes, it's overall a very good unit. Probably the best multifx for bass I've tried, and I've used a bunch over the years. Lots of discussions available via the search function

but can the delay be set with some sort of reverb'ish echo effect?

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by that, if you look at the fullsize image here you'll see you can have delay or reverb. One cool thing is that you can have chorus + delay or chorus+reverb at the same time, there's a knob setting for that.

Chorus+Delay is something I REALLY wish my Digitech BP50 did. Reverb and Delay can make for some neat sounds, but Chorus and Delay is probably more useful.

First, it is possibel to get delay and reverb at once by turning the Delay/MODULATION Type dial to CHO+REVERB

I have had my ME-50b for a month and love it!

    Quick question:

Does the ME-50B's expression pedal spring back into place when you step off of it? (Like the Dunlop 105Q) Thanks. :)

    Peace,
