Brass Spector NS-2A Bridge?

Discussion in 'Hardware, Setup & Repair [BG]' started by JDM2010, Jul 26, 2012.

  1. Hey, I was wondering if Spector ever used brass bridges on the NS-2A basses? I know they were made over seas as a cheaper import model of the famous NS-2. The reason that I am asking this is because my Spector has brass frets and a brass nut but my bridge is black. Will a Euro bridge fit? I was thinking that the Euro's is much bigger than my NS-2A. Can I get a brass bridge for this bass or will black have to do?

A Euro bridge will not fit on a NS-2A. It is a slightly different string spacing so the strings will be really close to the side of the neck.

You can order a Professional series Bridge directly from Spector. These are the bridges that come on the current Legend series Korean models.

It is a direct replacement for the original NS-2A bridge.

They come in black and in gold.

It is a die-cast bridge so it will be a bit lighter weight then the current bridge that is on it.
