Brice 8-string.

    Very nice 8-String. I'm not too particularly fond of the chrome hardware with that Bubinga finish and the exposed pole pieces aren't up my alley. Nice overall.

    are the brices essentially rogue's under a different brand name?

    Yes, that one is made in the same factory as the MIK Rogues but it has a bubinga top. Not all Brices are the same as Rogues, but several are.

    Well I don't think Rogue makes a 5 string J copy like the Brice Douglas 5. Just do a search on MF for Rogue basses and then open the Rondo page to compare pix. It's fairly obvious which ones are the same. Rogues never seem to come w/ Bubinga tops like Brices.
  9. If I remember right, Rogue makes a six-string bass with jazz style pickups that has a bubinga top.
