I once had impure thoughts. Oh, and I pluck my ear hair.
Selling my Brice fretless Douglas 5-string j-bass because it just doesn't get any play (I play my Skyline fretless) and I need to pare things down to a manageable number of basses.

    Here's the deal:

    - 5-string fretless with maple fretboard. I use flatwounds exclusively, so the fretboard is in almost perfect condition.

    - The electronics and pickup cavities have been professionally shielded, so there is little to no buzz

    - Everything is in GREAT condition - the ONLY issue concerns the fact that there are scratches on the pickguard below the D and G strings (these basses have pickguards made of soft plastic, so they scratch easily. But hey - that's what the pickguard is for, right? ;)

    - I added chrome barrel tone/volume knobs for looks, otherwise, it's all stock

    - It also comes with bridge and pickup covers, but I removed them because I don;t care for covers. They will be included and they do look good.

This is a good bass - well constructed, nice "mwah", etc. If you're looking for a nice fretless, this is a good one, especially for the price.

    Selling for $200.00 SHIPPED

Feel free to PM me if interested - check my feedback in the feedback forum as well.

...and a pic of the pickguard (the scratches don't show in the pic, but they are there for sure).

    That scratch resembles a lampshade.
Oh and that bass looks king!

Bump for a very cool bass at a great price  I'd be on it in a minute if I didn't have my fretless stuff covered.....

  11. Very cool looking bass. I'm just getting into fretless and would love a good instrument.

Nice bass. I have the fretted version. I still can't believe the price I paid for it!
