BRICE HXB-405 Yes finally a five string =) 56k stay away

    well, i finally got a five string, after yearsa or nagging my parents they gave in, here it is :

    plays great, just a little floppy the strings are, just need to buy higher tension ones but other than that its great. YEAH BRICE GOOD JOB!!

    man im trying to get down silence calls the storm by quo vadis, but cant get the verses right,,well that for a different forum... yeah the neck is nice and thin but not to thin, just perfect, fretboard seems fine for the most part, just have to get some lemon oil on it, and itll look brand new :D

    the eq on this thing aint that bad, not the most versatile but i get the sound i want from it just fine. nice and dark :)

    Hey, it's a fellow Torontonian with a Brice! Looks great. I have the same bass in the natural quilt but the bubinga definately looks better. Enjoy the bass!

    yesterday i put on some heavy gauge labellas so the floppiness is no more but i do have a question, the strings seem to give off some kind of siver residuekind of like oil of a chain but not think at all is this supposed to happen?
