It was my youngest. Not him. He’s just looking at me like “really you do know that wasn’t me right”? The youngest won’t hide it. The table is a “see? I tried to tell you” thing.
Just picked up an SV-pre and am digging it. Question for those in the know: what's the theory behind how the 3-way Low switch works, and the 2-way Hi switch? Everything else is self explanatory.
With the low switch, one position is big low end boost with a bit of a mid scoop. I like using this setting with the mids dimed at around 700-800 Hz depending on the bass. Position 2 is low end neutral and mids boosted. Position 3 I think is low end cut. I’ve never used that one. High switch is top end boost on/off I think. I typically keep this off.
I just tried my FlupTop at home direct to mixer and nearfield speakers and really liked it. I can imagine it will be a different affair live and in the mix, but we’ll see Thursday evening at rehearsal. Shootout with Slampegg.
Ha ha. Sure is. Only happened once. It was months ago. Image is subjective. 50/50. Hilarious he decided to show me that misinterpreting his whimpers has Coffee table consequences. OR. That’s repulsive I can’t believe you posted that you disgusting child, how old are we now? To them I say Whatever. It was him pictured below.
Catching up on number of posts a few pages back about the FT. I remember when I posted various iterations of my board with a SS, SVP, and one of another tone pedal at the time ahead of the Messenger, that there were comments about the pedals canceling out. And now the FT is between those and the Messenger. The Messenger is almost always always on but I don't stack the others. MNSHO is that those 3 work better one at a time and not stacked. But I use them all as compliments to my overall sound rather than integral to it, and for specific sounds for specific songs rather than overriding the more important and inherent sounds from my bass and amp.
+1 I really heart the P-15 and consider myself lucky. If I didn't have one, I'd be happy with a Fliptop is all I'm saying. But, I has... I recorded some clips with P-15, Fliptop, cab sim, no cab sim, with/without Studio Boost. I'll listen again in the morning and hopefully they're worthy of public consumption.
I ran straight into the p15 on page 2112, Fliptop clips are somewhere, cant remember.. I'd like to heae the sb into a ft though
