and think about getting a Silver Deluxe next.
Thilver Deluxe that is
So...anyone wanna sell their SV-Pre, bwahaha! You can PM me Friday at 7:15 AM EDT, I’ll be up...
I’m blaming autocorrect
You mean “autocorrecthhhhh”
Bass octave deluxe. I have one of those in the pedal yard somewhere. It practically cooked my Markbass’s driver but that was long before I used filters. I need to plug that thing in again one day.
How does the MXR stack up against the Broughton offerings?
Wish I knew. It’s definitely a pretty aggressive pedal for what it does.
So much mocking of Elmer Fudd.
I wish you would just weeave me awone!
I'm sad that the estimated arrival is next Wednesday... I'm going on a trip and will miss out on my SV-Pre and Silver Deluxe for quite a while... I guess I can't run from the crushed dreams.
Peter, I was in the same boat, leaving the US on May 1st with estimated delivery being May 2. The tracking showed it was at USORDA for four or five days so I was looking at Crushed Dreams too. On April 30th, out of nowhere, I got a notification, Out for Delivery! I saw the USPS guy a couple streets down and stopped him to get my package—Super Stack Dream Realized. Best of luck to you, it can happen!
I really like it. Tracks down to the low F or F# consistently while playing whole notes. Low G is a given.
I have it set up for just a pinch of volume boost while adding the "sub" flavor. I pretty much only use it for my church gig to add a little lift for "up" sections of songs. But I have used it for a synthy kind of tone by messing with the Mid switch. It's my fav octave pedal to date.
FYI...You can use the same tracking number at USPS afters its USORDA in Canadian Post. Mine says thurs 5/16 delivery but still in Chicago it seems. Never know. Fingers crossed. If so, from Mr Broughton to me in 6 days. .... and Canadian Post still says May 20.
