    He's with John Mayall now.

Mayall has played a small venue near my area a couple of times. I've seen both shows. IMO Rzab was terrific and stole both shows (by design). Mayall is famous for legendary sidemen (Jack Bruce, Clapton, Mick Taylor, John McVie, Mick Fleetwood) whom he always allowed to shine. Smart man.

I got to see Greg with The Black Crowes when he toured with them in support of the collaboration with Jimmy Page. He did a great job. I first got into blues bass playing in the mid '90s and his playing on Buddy Guy's albums was very influential to me and I copped a few of his lines.

Ok sharpshooters, who's the bassist in this video - which is my absolute favorite Buddy Guy video out there...

That's from Festival Express, if I get time I'll break out the DVD later to see if he gets credit. But for now my guess would be Ernie Johnson.
