Anybody seen these in shops/webshops yet?

Anyone had a confirmed complete spec yet?

    Thanks :)

I am talking about the new ernie ball budget stingrays, not the dillion, jay turser etc etc copys.

I found this on the uk dealers website http://www.stringsandthings.co.uk/olpinfo.htm

Look like they are passive at there is only two knobs. Proberly tone and volume.

There is also a 5 string version avalible.

    No sign of a left-handed version :(

    I'd like to get a 4 and fit a neck J p/up.
    the 5 looks good too....Stingray 5 for £279? :)

adding active circuitry would be a must to get the stingray tone- EMG BTC circuit, perhaps?

I have an Aguilar OBP-1 that would go right into it.

If they don't make a fretless, it'd be worth it to buy it & pull the frets.:)

Keep checking on this URL once and a while. It seem to be where they are gonna put the info about these besses. All there is at the moment is a picture of the OLP logo.
