    Is there any sites or books that have some instructions on what to think about when you assemble a bass from Warmothparts (or any other kit-bass)?

    The 2nd Edition of Melvyn Hiscock's "Make Your Own Electric Guitar" has a chapter on assembling component parts that might be useful. I put together one of the Carvin kits and was very impressed with it (especially for the $). It's very easy to assemble.
