BunnyBass Field Trip: 2003 NAMM Show

    Looks like there is another player in the extended range market. They have some nice designs. That fretless 9 on their site is pretty nice.

    they were direct rip offs of conklin bass designs. i saw them, they were near the conklin booth, actually. it was sorta lame, to be honest.

    exactly. in fact, they had a "melted top" on the headstock of the 5/4 bass they had there.
     
  5. Well, I'm starting to see those on other manufacturers' basses--but it's one thing to see it on a blobbo-chic FBB and quite another on what is for all intents and purposes a Conklin knockoff.

    Yeah JT I noticed that as well. I was gonna say it but I didn't. The headstock is way too similar. I guess when your the innovator everyone is gonna copy ya in one way or another. Some more than others:D
