It's finally here. In the best color that EB has come up with in years. I preordered it on March 1st, and it got here Friday. As far as I know, this is the first one out. I think this one is a keeper.

Elderly's in Michigan has one and I'm sure they shipped several when they shipped yours. Awesome color though...my fretless Bongo in Buttercreme will be here soon.

Congrats on the Sterling. The BC w/ matching hs and rosewood fb is THE best color combo I've ever seen on a MM. I was StingRay-less for almost 8 years before I was over-GASed by this BC SR.

I saw and played a BC Bongo 5er at the Dallas Guitar Show. They are great looking basses. The cases are really nice too!

Here's the previously mentioned buttercreamy Bongo fiver, seen at the Dallas Guitar Show with bovinehostintheflesh and EBMM Artist Relations Guy, Derek Brooks.

    Beautiful finish!
  12. Nice Sterling!

I've paid 50% on a new Sterling as well. Mine has a Translucent Orange finish, Matching headstock, Maple fingerboard, and a White Pearloid pickguard. :bassist:

Is Bovinehorst on the left or right? That is a nice color!
  14. the BC color truly is beautifull! I'll probably order one in july, but I don't know wether it will be a sterling or SR5 (I need something with smaller string spacing than a Stingray), but it 'll probably be a SR5, since I play progressive metal :D

Everybody knows who the world famous "Bovinehost" is.... of course, he's the one on the left :D
  17. Bwahahahaha I avoided buying a BC Sterling or SR! By buying an AG500... curse you TB.

In 30 years, what will the buttercream look like?

    Coffee with Cream?

It'll probably look exactly the same as it does now since EB isn't using a nitro finish.
