How difficult/expensive is it to replace speakers on high-end cabinets like Epifani and Bergantino? I may have the opportunity to buy an Epifani 4x10 with a blown speaker for $200 (a fraction of what even a used fully-functional cab of this type would cost,) but I don't know if it's worth the cost or the trouble, especially if I want to find an Epifani replacement driver. Any opinions or suggestions on how I'd go about doing this?

replacing drivers is not hard regardless of how high end the cab is. there are only two wires you need to connect. you can probably buy replacement speakers directly from the manufacturer, find out how much they are. if the total cost (replacement speaker + cab) is lower than the cost of a used epifani 4x10, i'm guessing that it will be, that is the way you should go. good luck.
