Buying TI's online

Hello, everyone!
A new guy here, that's my first post.
I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on buying TI flatwounds for my J-bass.
Although TI's usually sell for around 70 dollars elsewhere, Amazon (Amazon Global Store UK) now sells them for 39 + shipping + tax = 48.95.

I checked feedback and reviews, everything looks perfect, no alerts whatsoever. But I still have some doubts - why they sell that cheap?
Have any of you had any experience of buying TI's from that seller?
What would be your advice?
