Byron Santo's new bass top

    Byron Santo recently chose this top wood for his new 6 string. Red and Blue curly Buckeye from Gallery Hardwoods. Kinda unusual and vivid colors. Will post in progress pics with h is permission.

    Wow that looks neat. It looks a lot to me like fiddleback buckeye with different coloring.

    Guess I shoulda stated, the body is nothing like what is drawn on the bass top, it is more like this.
