    I've already made one cabinet with some crappy 8" speakers i got for free, but i was wondering where i could get some quality 10" speakers cheap. Also, can i put different kinds of speakers in the same cabinet and still get decent results? Thanks!

    Which one doe you want, quality or cheap? I'm affraid when ic comes to speakers, you get when you pay for. You can get some good value for money 10's from Eminence, but be warned not all 10's are suitable for bass.

    Not at all. Each speaker has an optimum cab size and porting which will make is really sing. These are determined by the Thielle Small Parameters which is basically an industry standard way of measuring a speakers characteristics. No 2 speakers have the same T/S parameters.
