What are some good cabs in the 500 to 600 dollar price range to go with a SWR 350? I would prefer them to be a 4 ohm cab. Thanks.

In your price range I'd recommend a Goliath Jr. III. I'd seriously consider an 8 ohm cab however. The difference in the 240watts and 350watts aren't going to be really noticeable to you and another 8 ohm cab at some future date will give you a 4 ohm load. Though you can run the 350 at 2 ohms SWR recommends 4 ohms in its suggested combinations.

In southern California http://music.recycler.com most of the time has swr classifieds like the Goliath 1 and 2 for $375-$500 a piece. That is a great cabinet. If space and transport are not issues, then get the Goliath Sn 6x10 used for $600-$700. There is not a big selection of 2x10s for sale, but 2 Goliath Jr's (8ohms) will do the trick for you. I own a 350, and I can really hear the difference between 240 watts and 350 watts.

    i've got a 350, a 4ohm GJr3 and a new triad. 2 ohm load, 470 some watts.

it's loud, clear, and punchy. i cut thru my LOUD 9 piece funk band no problem.

Of course you can hear the difference, you have twice the speaker area! :D

What I meant was it would be tuff to hear any difference between 240watts into a single 8 ohm 2x10 versus 350watts into a single 4ohm 2x10.

I run my SWR 350 head into a 4-ohm Eden 210-XLT on top of a 4-ohm Peavey 115-BXBW. It kicks out that 2-ohm load with no problem.
