Cab frequency question

Hello there, how are you?!
I need your input on this one since is my first attend of doing a Cab.
I have a 3.7 cu. ft. box with a 12" woofer ( Fs 48 ) and a tweeter. WinISD tells me it is with an fB 49 HZ @ f3 45.3, vents 4" x 4.63 in long.
question: is it worth it to tuned to fB 43 HZ @ f3 44.66, vents 4" x 6.99 in long.
What would I accomplish by doing it. I will notice any difference in responds, deeper bass, etc. I play acoustic bass, acoustic guitar and listen backing tracks with it.
