With the recent release of EBS' new 2-12 cabinet, I'll admit I'm a bit curious, especially since it goes down to a thunderous 30Hz, which should hopefully match well with my future Elrick 6'er. I've already got an EBS 4-10 and was wondering if anyone has experience in combining a 4-10 and 2-12.

Other info: as most of you know, I play through an EBS Fafner which is 440 watts into 4 ohms and 620 watts into 2 ohms. Each of these 2 cabs is 4 ohms, but since the Fafner allows operation at 2 ohms, I'm not concerned about potential impedance issues...

Would there be too much overlap? Would they work well together? Any other thoughts or ideas?

I'm planning on sticking with EBS, btw...

I think that would be a great combination. The 212 goes way deaper than the 410.
Ive tried the 412 and thats the best sounding cab Ive heard, but the best price Ive seen on it is $1300. A bit much for me. I just love fridgesize rigs.
