cabinets connected to combos

    ive got a 100watt amp, and was woundering if you can link a cabient to it, if so what cabients can i connect to my 80 watt combo

    You're posting two separate questions here, I think. But I'll have a shot at an answer.

    You've got a 100W head and you're wanting to connect a cab? The details on the rear of the amp will say what impedance cab(s) you can connect up.

    Unless there's a socket for an additional speaker on your 80W combo then I think it's safe to assume you shouldn't do it. At the very least you'll have to disassemble the combo and if you've got to do that then, again, more cabs is really a no-no.
