Okay, I'm planning on purchasing a Mesa/Boogie M-Pulse 360 head, but I'm unsure of what cabs I should buy to go with it.

What cab (a 4x10 maybe?) would you suggest to go with, for under $1000?

Thanks for any help, I really don't have much knowledge on amps. (Or anything else for that matter :D )

  2. I have the m-pulse 600.I'm using a 2x15...and a 2x10(both road ready) thats powered by a seperate power amp via the slave out.but to answer your question...a 4x10 would be a good choise..but I suggest the road ready.way more durable and they sound better

My two fave 4x10 cabs are the Eden D410XLT and Mesa Boogie Road Ready 4x10. However, my Boogie cab is not one of the new ones and I have Eden drivers in mine. Eden 10's really do it for me.

I am running a Bag End S15-D and a SWR Goliath JR III with my M-Pulse 600.

Definitely check out the Bag End S15-D or S15X-D if you are considering a 4x10. They have all the bottom of a 15, with a lot of boosted low mids like the 10’s. They are also much easier to carry!

Good call on the Mesa over the Hartke!
