  1. It's no secret (on this board anyway) that Chris Stambaugh does some truly beautiful work. While casually checking for updates on his website, I stumbled across this beauty:

This may be his prettiest bass yet, IMHO.

Wow, that's the only other singlecut I've seen that looks as good as mine (IMO). I'm not sure about just one P'UP, but it sure works visually with that one.

well, I'm going to have to vote for this one:

and seeing as how I just met the owner on the Dudepit, and he lives less than an hour from here, I'll be playing it as soon as possible!

Hopefully it will be at the next Bass Summit here too...

I really like that one, Mark. The two I own (Bray! Bray!) are pretty cool and excellent players. The low B's have to be heard to be believed.

The one Musicman Bart on mine works surprisingly well. He really nailed the sweetspot. The same is true of the other fretless with the single Lane Poor.

  8. Love those Single cuts.

    Serious case of G.A.S.

I think I need another, for now here's mine

PS: Hey Xush, let me know how that bad boy plays

    Best Wishes,

Hey Mark.. have you decided on dates yet for the next one??

  12. Yeah, that's the same single cut 7 fretless on Dave Pushic's website. I'm still working on getting good pictures - the one's I have do not do this bass justice. I used it extensively on the recent Dimension X / Mastermind mini tour and had fantastic results from it, along with a ton of positive feeback regarding the tone. I'll post some better pics hopefully in the next couple of weeks.

    Best Wishes,
    DR Burkowitz

    Soonishly, I hope...
I'm in the new studio now, just ironing out a few last details.

I guess I'd like to wait to schedule it till my singlecut 8 arrives, but I'm open to suggestions.

I've designed a few bodies, just wanting to see who will build it for me for a fair price...which one do you like?

    That's cool...

I'd like to wait until my DP single-cut 6 arrives so I could bring it...

Don't exactly know when that'll be yet.

  16. SoyBase,
I like the second one. The third one could be good as well, but to me, the body looks too big.

I like the second one best.... The more rounded body shape is appealing to me.

I think the 3rd one could be cool, but it does look offset and a little large in the arse end...

I'll post a new pic when i have some slack time at work.
