Can a line 6 Bass Pod drive a poweramp?

    ....and can it do it properly?

    If so what output does it have in dbv? I know the sansamp bass driver is 0dbv and that does the job.

    One final question does the behringer version of the bass pod have a DI?

    hmmm... nope. I meant the Line 6 Bass POD kidney bean shaped unit.

    My Bass PodXT seems to do a fine job pushing a QSC RMX-1450. I'd' have to check the manual on output (it should be available on the Line6 site).

    I think it's a silly shape, but it's well made, quiet, and has lots more effects than I'll ever use; been very pleased so far.

    I had trouble with mine and my crown. I could have been hooking it up wrong, but my bass DI+ and my RBI are night and day over the POD for driving the power amp.

    I say this while noting that I actually like most of line6's stuff.

    Would you need a TRS cable to drive a power amp properly?
