    I knew when I seen the email that Jim Carr replied that Valenti was going to show up and sure enough there it is, just when I got over the gas pains of it starts all over..

    BTW, that is the photo that caused me to get in trouble with my wife,

    Thanks. Yes, I actually went to the trouble of getting some 5-string sets of black tapewounds for this bass. You see, it is tuned in tenor tuning, EADGC, and I had trouble getting C strings for most of the tapewound sets. I ended up special ordering and also buying some 6-string sets.

    So now, I have several brands/sets of black tapewounds. I haven't switched yet, because the TI flats still sound great.

    Some day soon....:ninja:

    Musicman Sterling Black Onyx. Everything black except the nut, frets, fret markers, and strings. I do have one, but this isn't it, I don't really have pics of mine
