^^^ It is there the questiion lies. i ply in a rock band but many times I'm playing funky/grooving/walking lines with a Fender jazz at the moment. Through and SVT 3 and a 410 of some sort (Either HLF or HE unsure yet) Will I get able to get that clean growl that keeps me and the crowd moving?

Victor Wooten does/did allright with 'em.

Not sure what he's using NOW but I know he did use 'em in the past.

I'm contemplating a new purchase myself and Ampeg is high on the list. Not a lot of love for Ampeg here at TB though. <shrug>

    Right on!!!

    Any volume/lack of power issues?

Pardon the slight derail. Can't groove without power though, right?
