Can I put this on my Fender MIM jazz?

I want to put Bartolini Jazz pickups in my bass and get a new preamp. I wanted to know if I could put these two on my bass:
Bartolini 9J Set Pickups
Bartolini NTBTG Active Pre-Amp

One thing, are the pickups active or passive? Other than that is it possible to put those on?
