Can I use the Moog EP2 with my Pigronix EP1

Discussion in 'Effects [BG]' started by DosiYanarchy, Apr 18, 2009.

  1. Hey

i never seem to understand all the different specifications for expression pedals, TRS, stereo mono, tip ring blah blah blah.

What I do know is that i at Moog EP2 will probably work with my Moog MF101 (although the manual says use the ep1), but will it also work with my Pigtronix EP1 Envelope Phaser?

I ask because as far as i know, the original pigtronix expression pedal is discontinued and i really dont know what i could use instead.

    any advice?

It should work fine, try it, no harm.
  4. cool beans :) thanks Boogie,

RC, yeah i heard the EP3b has photo-eye expression jack, and a pair of shoes with lights on the soles to you can freak it out.

    And can be operated telekinetically.

from a distance of 50 feet.

you're obviously not an aficionado of LA gear - those are comin' back STRONG
  7. man, the singer/guitarist of my old band came round the other day with his kid to borrow a bass, the kid had some LA Lights rip-off,

I had forgotten just how sweet they were.

Dave Koltai told me that would work but I opted for M Audio pedals.

    They're nicer and cheaper.
  9. well the EP2 does work with the EP1 AND with the Boss PS3 :)
