I worked this out and I think it's about right. Just need a little help confirming and/or tweaking a couple of notes.

Lotus "Plant Your Root", bassline by Jesse Miller

    First Riff (0:46):
    G-------------------------------------------------------
    D---5-----3--------------------------------------------
    A-------5----5-3-0-1-------111111-------------------
    E----------------------3-------------1—555555-1-----

    Second Riff (1:55):
    G--------------------------------------------------------------------
    D---5-7-8-7-5------------------------------------------------------
    A----------------5----5-----------------111111--------------------
    E-------------------8----6-----6-3--------------1—555555-1------

In some videos, it looks like the first D in the second riff is actually an F, in other words:

    Second Riff Variation(1:55):
    G---------------------------------------------------------------------
    D---5-7-8-7-5------------------------------------------------------
    A----------------8----5-----------------111111-------------------
    E-------------------8----6-----6-3----------------1—555555-1-

But the first way sounds better to me. Also seems like instead of the E-555555-1, that part may be a Bb instead of A.

I think you got it right with the D in the second riff. And I think it goes to Bb instead of A, yes.
