i have a mesa bb750 with a ph1200 (4x10 and 1x15) cab (4 ohms). GC just got in an 8 ohm mesa 4x10. Can I daisy chain my rig and get more ouput from my amp, or will I blow everything up?

Also, the 4x10 will be used as a small gig cab mostly, but I do want the option of daising the two together to get more output

I just checked the FAQ and it seems to say that yes I can

"Then adding 2/8 to 1/8 gives you 3/8, dividing 8 by 3 gives you 2.67. So, hooking up an 8 ohm cabinet and a 4 ohm cabinet in parallel to your amp gives the amp a load of 2.67 ohms to power."

I just want to make sure before I go plugging **** in

You should be fine with that combination if your amp can run at 2 ohms.

+1. Note that the 4-ohm cab will receive twice the power that the 8-ohm cab gets.
