Original MM's (one on ebay and a pair on bassgear just last week) and replacement's that are close enough are available on the used market. Judging from the myriad of other pups I've had, I doubt these particular pups have any miracle whip winding to them. By using a pair of MM's and splitting the neck - you'll probably be close enough and have an even chance of being better off.

I know some people don't like them but Carvin offers one similar in appearance: HB4
