Hey, a reasonable price for a CT! That won't last long.

I hope it plays a helluva lot better than the other 70s CT I've played. But, at least there aren't any doweled holes.

It does have some extra holes that Carl may have drilled though...they should be good for a few hundred extra in the end price.

It also has a wish-approved front metal jack-plate.

You just explained your own point! It's a 70's Fenfer. There's more than 5-10 of 'em around.

That's actually a decent looking CT. Looks like Les' fretted 4 "backup" he used on "Antipop" and kinda similar to his fretted 6.

Ive never played one, but the reputation speaks for itself. That said, I still think theyre ugly.

I never understood the appeal of the CT style, especially for the price.

Having never played one, I can't pan it, but if aesthetics were an indication of tone, and feel....

It's got chrome hardware, gold hardware, and black hardware- the trifecta.

I just saw a pic of Les Claypool, and his two-pickup CT also had those three holes in the pickguard, so they might be original.

Anyway, I don't find these basses appealing in any way. . .

The FAQ page in the CT Website is hilarious; I love the pretentious tone of the writer . . .
