This is for all you guys that are into Carvin basses. Do you think it is worth buying a claro walnut or an anniversary series bass, or just buy a LB70 with all the addons that the claro walnut or anniversary series have to offer? A regular LB70 with the addons runs to about $1100-$1150 depending on what I feel like getting. One of the higher models will be about $1200-$1300.

Most of the carvin junkies hang out in the bass
forum at www.carvin.com, They should be able to help you. All I can say is I own 2 Carvin 6-string
basses I custom ordered in 1993 one fretted with AAA flame maple and the other fretless with a Alder body. They are great basses, I have never had any problems with them, and they both feel, sound & play great.[IMG]
