This is a question for Carvin BX1200 users. I used one of these last night on a gig. I ran it fully bridged through an ampeg 8x10 (4 ohm). I did use the center speaker output and the the button on the back was pushed in, with a little red light which i believe to be bridge mode. My question is, it seem to run very, very hot. Almost too hot to touch. Is this normal? It never shut down. I remember my swr always ran hot and heard that swr's just run hot. Maybe the Carvin is the same way? I did have a b1500 and don't remember it running so hot. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
