Unfortunately, it's not really a friend so much as the daughter of family friend, and I don't know her nearly as well as the family friend. She's a complete ditz and will never fess up nor make any attempts to help so it's pretty much moot. The thing sounds like **** now though because she pretty much broke a big hole in the back. Arrgh.
