i had a R1000 head, which has the same poweramp as the DCM1000, and never had any poweramp problems.. it got pretty hot to the touch, but never shut down or damaged anything.

DCM1000...Sturdy, quiet, enough power to kick a whole stack of cabs into high gear, colorless, and keeps pretty cool. I'm satisfied.

I have a DCM1500 that is a very nice amp for the buck! I think for the cash, it's hard to beat Carvin power amps.

Do a search. Many satisfied Carvin users out there...Can't really beat 'em for the price!

Two years with my DCM2000 driving my Eden Navigator preamp, and never a problem. Tremendously powerful, and sounds great.

    It is a bit heavy, though . . .

would the 1000 be louder than my 200 watt hartke or the 350 watt hartke in stero mode. i have one 8 and another 8 ohm or should i bridge and get a full 1000 watts?
  13. I want a Carvin DCM4000, 4000 watts in 3 rack spaces! That should keep part of my GAS under control for a while.
  14. I sat here for a disturbing amount of time trying to figure out what kind of relationship you were attempting to put together between make up and basses. I only wear mascara and eyeliner on stage so I'm not that familiar with the intricacies of rouge. I probably just spelled intricacies incorrectly to boot.
