Carvin SB-5000 Fretless

Discussion in 'For Sale: Bass Guitars' started by probisch, Oct 9, 2013.

  1. Bought this off this forum, and never play it. It is immaculate except for the plate on the back where the neck joins the body. It has a little corrosion. I was going to get a new plate from
Carvin, but never did. I did not get a case with it. Currently strung with Carvin Flats.

$850 shipping included to the continental US.

  2. I'll take a picture of the neck plate tonight. Pretty hard to photograph, and it is very minor.

  6. I have a Carvin hard case for this as well. It was for a B2, but it fits perfectly, so I'll throw it in. It has one small ding in it, but otherwise it's in perfect shape.

  7. Anyone with an offer?

Free bump for a pretty bass. That's one of the color schemes I'm dreaming about for that bass.

  13. I can't believe this is still here. If my Warwick SN5 sales it will be mine.

I'm curious about the reflection from the camera flash in the pictures. Does the bass have the hard-as-nails finish on the fretboard? Or is it just shiny and clean? :)
