    Here

A dance techno song by the lead singer from an italian metal band (Rhapsody). Download at your own risk, youll either utterly hate it or not be able to listen to anything else for the next week.

'Nerdy' by Poison The Well, or anyone of their songs, break downs are damn catchy.

EDIT: by saying break downs are catchy I wasn't implying PTW break downs, I was saying break downs in general, whether it be hardcore or metalcore. It's funny how there're scenesters even on a forum.

Uhh, poison the well has some of the worst breakdowns ever. You need to go to some erie, pa hardcore shows to know what a catchy breakdown is.
