    This bass is black with a black pickguard, bird's eye maple neck and fingerboard. It has the Greengrove preamp with the Celinder pickups. It is in great shape, sounds amazing, and these basses are quite rare these days.

    sorry the pics are bad (I can't photograph a black bass, but it is in great shape, may need a polishing though).

    I would love to hear this side by side with my PJ-5 with a rosewood board..:help: I'm usually not a fan of P-Basses with maple boards, but I'm pretty sure Chris probably did something special with this just like mine... Great basses and good luck with the sale.. Steve..
