Change is a good thing...I think.

Well, I think the love affair with my Bass Pandora is over. No, it still works great - but it's mucho overkill for the way I play. I tend to use it dry all the time, or very close to dry.

I think I'm going to spin it off and replace it with two things - a simple Dean "Bass in a Box" headphone amp for travel, and a Johnson J-Station for around the house. I've always liked the J-Station, and at the current price it's a steal. (I can use it for guitar, too.) It's also big enough that the cords won't drag it off the table, which is something I've always worried about with the Pandora (luckily, it never happened - but I was always paranoid that it would!).

Anyone have any good or bad comments on either the Dean gadget or the bass capabilities of the J-Station?
