    Now it's a 210. :p

I painted the face red so it would look nifty when lights shine on it. It's tuned to 41hz. I just need to put some casters on it and I will have it for my portable rig.

I have been planning on matching a GK RCB200 with it... But I haven't seen any up for sale on ebay. :( So I am now looking at some other 100 to 200 watt heads.

    Some possibles:

    Ampeg B2R
    Peavey Delta
    Fender M80
    GK 400RB
    Peavey Mark IV

These are all amps I have not heard yet, and since this is my project to kinda toy around with... I may buy and sell several of these while I look for a cool match to my new cab.

Thanks for checking it out! :)

I hear ya Gabu... I'm kinda lookin' for a head in a similar wattage... I've seen a few Ampeg V-4's like I used to have, (lately I've had a thing for past equipment...), and while these are rated at 100W, they're heavy and LOUD!!! I've recently used my gear allotment on a piece of personal history so it's going to be awhile before I latch onto a V-4...

your cab looks cool by the way...

    Thanks very much!

That's an awesome thread! Did you remember to give your wifey that hickey?

Cool beans you nut :D. I'd like to see Norm Abrams do better.

On the "inexpensive" side (even new), there's the Pignose B100V-H.
It's the Oinker's first foray into all-tube bass amps. I run mine through
an SWR Workingman's 2x10. It ain't bad. Miss Piggy can get LOUD.
Gets a wacky "nasal honk" through that SWR. There's one on eBay
for ~$350. Brand-spankin' new, you can get one for around $400 at (free shippin').
