I powered up my Korg M1 at a gig last weekend, and wouldn't you know it....."Battery Low" indicator comes on, and all presets are wiped.

I knew this would happen sooner or later, as this is a used model which I purchased a few years ago.

What I want to know is this: Do I really have to take this thing to a special tech, or can I simply change the battery myself by just opening 'er up and making the switch with the right kind of cell?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

(Of course I know I'll have to reload the factory presets from a memory card. Hopefully one of my local music stores still has one somewhere.)
