M trying to ship 4 12" deltalites and the UPS website quoted me $65! Is that about what that stuff goes for? I mean.. It did cost me $40 to ship my orange ad200b.

    Any suggestions for shipping speakers?

Yep. That's about right. I shipped my 73 Precision and it was 75$/140$ (2 day). And my Berg HT115 quoted out at $115 to CA by ground, somewhere around 85$ to Texas.

I use Fedex Ground or USPS for the best rates.

You could ship a package via scheduled bus service ( Greyhound/Trailways ) - terminal to terminal

A lot of it depends where you are shipping to.
I had some great prices to New York with FedEx but got killed shipping to the West Coast from Michigan.
