Wow! That's one fantastic-looking bass! Did you get that from Luthiers Access Group? What are your thoughts so far?

    It's a growing club!:D

    And, 'cause I can't resist, here's mine...

I recieved the bass today. I played it for a couple of hours. I really like it. It really is a piece of art.
The bass is pretty light. Has a fast neck and GREAT tone. Installed is a Bart 18v preamp w/ 3 band EQ.
Heres a pic of the headstock.[IMG]

    Very nice!

Is that oil finish? Contoured body? And is that a wenge fretboard? It definitely has Warwick-vibe going on.. :bassist:

  9. Looks fantastic... looove that piece of wood they've used....it deff has a huge hint of warwick about it..but in my view a lot nicer ;) hope it sounds as good as it looks

The body is contoured, here is a pic of the side.[IMG]

If that's the bass I think it is, Dan's website quotes $2,100. Here's a link to what he's got in stock, along with his prices.

He is not known to negotiate from these prices, at least as far as I know. I believe they're already discounted.

Dan put the bass on Bassgear.com and reduced the price to $1950, and thats what I got it for.

Actually I got the bass for $1975. For some reason I was thinking $1950, but I purchased this bass for $1975.
