    The finish is crazy. It is somehow Flame maple and natural wood figuring all at once? Bartolinis. Sounds awesome as you may know.
    The head is losing some of it's clearcoat as I have seen on some other Guild Pilots of this era. Its an '89.

    Sick bass! Love the blocks. I don't think I've ever seen a Pilot with blocks... Very sexy. :bassist:

    For those that are'nt familiar with this bass, this is a 1989 Guild Pilot Advanced. It came from the USA shop in New Jersey with Bartolini Pickups and electronics. I believe that they all had inlays in the neck and flame maple bodies. The bass is relatively light. One piece maple neck. They made 195 of these in 1989.
