    Hi guys. Has anyone tried the Chi Sonic Vintage Series before? Is this what can be found in the Lakland Hollowbody Shortscale? Thoughts? Sound clips would be great.

    Reason I ask is I'm looking at picking up a cheap semi-hollow to mod a bit. I'm wanting it to sound quite vintagey, and it will have a Ric 4005 vibe. So I'm tossing up between the vintage Chi's and a set of Rickenbacker toasters.
