Chili con carne with sundried tomatoes ,garlic ,onion,Serrano pepper, diced tomatoes , spices and a cinammon stick plus some other stuff as well. Beans to be added in a little while. Sour cream ,cheddar jack , corn chips and a beer when it's finished. ImageUploadedByTalkBass1382824599.083572.

Awesome. Not sure about the cinnamon stick though.

Some people also ruin perfectly good chili by adding chocolate. Cinnamon isn't quite as extreme, but no thank you.

Beans are soaking right now. I have a little better than 2lb round roast in the fridge, and I had to pick everything in the garden before it snowed last week. I have tons of peppers, and several tomatoes ready to go.
